De "State of Leonida" (de staat Leonida), is een staat in de Verenigde Staten van Amerika. Grand Theft Auto VI zal zich op deze locatie afspelen. Leonida is gebaseerd op de Amerikaanse staat Florida.
Leonida staat onder andere bekend om haar prachtige stranden, pretparken, heerlijk zonnig weer, en uitstekende mogelijkheden voor watersport.
