Dit safe house wordt vanwege het moderne interieur het moderne safe house genoemd. Het safe house is, alhoewel het geheel is afgewerkt, niet gebruikt in de uiteindelijke versie van GTA San Andreas en bevat dan ook geen savepunt om het spel op te slaan. De reden waarom het niet is gebruikt is onbekend. Het is wel bereikbaar via het hidden interiors universe.
