GTA Liberty City Stories heeft 3 wapen winkels, welke hier te vinden zijn. Twee Ammu-Nation's en Phil Cassidy's Fully Cocked Gun Shop. Bij Phil's Gunshop kun je terrecht voor de wat zwaardere wapens, bij de Ammu-Nation's voor de wat gangbaardere. Zoals Pistolen en SMG's. Zoals gezegt zijn er twee Ammu-Nation's in Liberty City. Eentje zit op Portland en de andere op Staunton Island. Je leert de wapenwinkel al in de missie Snuff kennen. Vincenzo stuurt je er dan heen om een Pistol te gaan halen. Na deze missie hebben ze dan ook Pistol's in stock. Na de missie Don in 60 Seconds kun je er ook Micro-SMG's kopen. De Portland verstiging heeft alleen maar deze twee wapens, die op Staunton Island heeft een wat groter assortiment.
