De S.P.A.S. 12 of Spaz 12 is de krachtigste, half-automatische, shotgun in GTA. Het wapen kan in een hoog tempo zeven schoten achter elkaar vuren, wat het een ideaal wapen maakt om voertuigen op te blazen.
De oorspronkelijke betekenis van het acroniem SPAS is "Sporting Purpose Automatic Shotgun", maar wordt ook "Special Purpose Automatic Shotgun" of "Special Purpose Assault Shotgun" genoemd.
